Our Services
Employee conflict? A struggling manager? High turnover? Teams that aren’t working the way they should?
E3 Expertise helps you find what’s really going on, build a practical plan, and work alongside your team to fix it.
Two ways to start
Not sure what you need? Book a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk through your situation and recommend the right service.
Already know what you want? Choose a service below, and we’ll confirm the scope and terms with you before work begins.
Who makes the final decisions?
When you give us the authority, E3 can direct employees and coordinate changes directly. We may recommend promotions, corrective action, or separation, but your organization always makes the final decisions.
How we assess your organization: the EPPIC framework
EPPIC is E3’s own assessment tool. It checks 32 points across five areas:
Engagement: How connected and involved your people are.
Purpose: Whether people understand why their work matters.
Productivity: How well work actually gets done.
Integrity: Whether policies, practices, and leadership are consistent and fair.
Care: How well people are supported and treated.
We gather input from three groups: your main point of contact (the liaison), your managers, and your staff. That way the findings reflect the whole picture, not just one point of view.
Organizational Packages
Every package starts with an EPPIC assessment, a findings report, and a recommended plan. Implementation and reassessment can be added. Fees, timelines, and the authority you give us are set during your consultation.
Employee Relations
For workplace relationships, communication, and the employee experience.
Operations Analysis
For workflow, performance, and how a department gets work done. Implementation can include talent development, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
Comprehensive Organizational Support
Employee Relations and Operations Analysis together, across multiple departments.
Which package fits your size?
Fewer than 15 people (including owners): Either Employee Relations or Operations Analysis can cover your whole company.
15 or more people: Employee Relations covers your HR function, and Operations Analysis covers one department. If you need more than one department covered, choose Comprehensive Organizational Support.
Virtual Ask Me: Ongoing Support
Ongoing access to employee relations, engagement, and implementation help through a 6- or 12-month agreement. Send us one issue at a time and get a clear, written response.
How your monthly hours work
I&I hours (Intervention & Investigation): Hands-on time where we step in and help, such as working directly with managers, staff, or a situation. One I&I hour equals one hour of that support.
Advice credits: Written guidance on one issue, with a response of up to 30 minutes. It can include a suggested script for what to say. Two advice credits equal one I&I hour.
Your monthly allowance can be used either way. For example, 12 I&I hours could be used as 24 advice credits, or any mix of the two.
Submit one issue per inquiry form. Our follow-up questions and your answers on that issue don’t use extra credits.
Responses are delivered through a response form.
Hours reset each month and do not roll over.
Additional hands-on time is $150 per hour. If you use more than 16 additional hours in two months in a row, we’ll review your plan with you to make sure it still fits.
