We review company operations to identify gaps affecting productivity and engagement, then work alongside your team to develop practical solutions. When implementation is included, we help apply those solutions and evaluate the results.
Owners, managers, HR leaders, and other consultants bring us in when they need an outside perspective, additional expertise, or support carrying a plan into practice.
Tamir Weaver
Operations & Development Consultant
Alignment & DevelopmentI work at the intersection of people, purpose, and practice, helping both institutions and creatives close the gap between intention and impact. I advise on policy alignment, coach talent, and coordinate social initiatives, with an approach rooted in clarity, trust, and long-term value. I’ve worked within communities, corporations, and alongside artists to build strategies that look good on paper and perform in reality. My work is about equipping people to lead, create, and deliver work that makes an impact.

Who hires E3?
Owners, managers, organizational leaders, and HR teams. Other consultants can also engage E3 when they need additional expertise or implementation support.
Do we need to know exactly what the problem is?
No. Tell us what you are observing and what you want to accomplish. The consultation helps establish whether E3 is the right fit and what scope of work makes sense.
Do you work with smaller businesses and nonprofits?
Yes. Services are scoped to the organization, and qualifying nonprofits receive a discount. Companies with fewer than 15 people, including owners, may use a single organizational package for the whole company.
What if our needs involve several departments?
For companies with 15 or more people, including owners, Employee Relations and Operations Analysis cover HR or one department. Broader work requires Comprehensive Organizational Support.
Do you implement your recommendations?
Implementation is available with organizational packages. You can choose assessment and planning alone, or include implementation and reassessment.
Does E3 take over management decisions?
Your company retains final authority. E3 assesses, advises, recommends actions, and provides instruction within the authority granted for implementation.
Is Interview Support a training course?
No. Interview Support provides hands-on hiring assistance. The separate Interviewing Skills course teaches employers and HR teams how to interview candidates who likely best align with the company.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Published service fees are available on our Pricing page. Organizational package fees and timelines depend on the agreed scope and are established during consultation.
